please be aware that THE QOL BRAND CORPORATION is a very small business, even smaller than a typical small business.  our products are meticulously handcrafted in extremely limited quantities.  due to this small-batch, handmade nature, availability is subject to change without notice, and items may sell out quickly.  we appreciate your understanding and support of our small, independent endeavor.  when an item is sold out, you may be offered the option to join a waitlist.  being on the waitlist means we will attempt to notify you if the product becomes available.  product availability is not guaranteed.

our products are crafted with love and may (will) contain traces of staff executive production management specialist Chamomile’s fur.  while we try our best to keep her fur out of the packaging, she also operates as staff executive head of moral, so a rogue Chamomile hair might (will) sneak in.  consider it a mark of authenticity.

our skate warmers and rice bags are designed to keep you warm and comfortable, but they can also cause burns if misused.  please, please follow the instructions carefully.  QOL BRAND is not responsible for any injuries that may occur.

this website and all its contents are provided "as is" without any warranties whatsoever.  we're not responsible for any allergic reactions to Chamomile's fur, horrific burns, disappointment from sold-out items, or existential dread.

if you have any problem with any QOL BRAND products, please contact us first before leaving a scathing review.  we're committed to making things right and value your feedback.  as a brand new company, we are learning and growing, and your input helps us improve.

while we make every effort to accurately display the colors and textures of our products, your screen may differ,  so the item you receive may appear slightly different.

many of our products are lovingly handcrafted, which means they may have slight variations or imperfections.  if you're looking for mass-produced perfection, you've come to the wrong place.

we ship orders as quickly as we can manage, however, please be patient, and if for some reason you NEED something sent post-haste, be sure to mention it when you ORDER.  

THE QOL BRAND CORPORATION has set our prices to make manufacturing these goods worth the time and effort.  if you feel our prices are too high, please feel free to purchase your skate warmers, wax bag, socket tool, or rubframe from somewhere else.  just keep in mind the QOL BRAND MISSION STATEMENT.  otherwise, we will occasionally run sales.
